Look at these amazing first graders working on writing. They were learning how to capitalize names in sentences and use their best guess spelling what they were writing about. 1st graders have been studying the lifecycle of a monarch butterfly for almost a month. They got the opportunity to release them today! The kids were very excited about this lesson which ties in real world learning!

Labor Day - No School
2nd graders were doing some "corny" subtraction today! They moved around the room solving subtraction problems and collaborated with peers while solving their answers!
