Good afternoon Chamberlain Elementary friends! We have had a blast getting to see the students cashing in on their PBIS incentives! Today there were juice breaks, snack breaks, Pac-Man, administrative assistant helper, saying The Pledge, playing instruments, and reading to another student! The fun continues and it creates so much positivity!

Homecoming Spirit Week

Labor Day - No School


2nd graders were doing some "corny" subtraction today! They moved around the room solving subtraction problems and collaborated with peers while solving their answers!

1st grade we're using cubes with their addition problems in math today! They had two different colors and used their number bonds to find the solution. Learning with manipulatives!

It doesn't get better then having community members volunteer their time to come and read to our students! Thank you for coming in and sharing your love of reading Mr. Tveit!

Look at our awesome 3rd grade scientists! The students were learning about different forces and gravity. They took their knowledge and created marble obstacle courses!

5th grade science - students observed several different objects testing whether these materials are magnetic, can conduct heat, reflect light, or bend. All part of our Identifying Properties of Materials lesson on matter.

The students just finished their phonics lesson and did a fantastic job! Their hard-work is being rewarded with some creative building time with tiles, cubes and blocks!

Mrs. Ketron started a unit with dogs today. Mr. Purdy and Bear read the book "Dogs Do and Dogs Don't"
The students listened well and loved having the chance to pet Bear while learning about dogs!

Mrs. Olivier had the students grooving today with her Back 2 School dancing and singing video! It sure is fun to watch the students smiling, dancing and singing!
